Sound - Can't hear sound, or the sound quality is poor when watching videos. Image - There is no picture, or the image quality is bad when watching videos. Seems that what is happening, is that, watching Netflix like connecting your computer to a TV is not an official way to watch so is more like a work around, what is happening is that Netflix is protecting the content from copy rights, connecting it to a TV the app and IE take it as a way to copy the content, I know you are not doing this, but Apr 25, 2020 · Now open Netflix app check if it functions smoothly. Netflix in Microsoft Edge Browser not working I like to use Netflix in the Microsoft Edge Browser, because there it can play in 4k(in chrome and firefox only 720p). But since a while i'm getting an errorcode when playing a movie.
