M1 1Gbps fibre broadband plan / customer service review? Hey Reddiporeans, My Starhub cable broadband plan ends soon and I'm thinking of getting the M1 1Gbps plan (not getting the gamer plan bcos it's too ex), but I haven't seen any customer service/customer quality reviews yet.

I’ve only had to deal with M1 broadband tech support once and I’m impressed. My mobile is on M1 as well and when ever I’ve had to call M1 about any issues with my line, their support has been great. Happy to see that the same can be said for their broadband support. That makes a world of difference in my opinion.
